ERC protects your privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and pledge to keep any information you share with us completely confidential. We warrant that:

• your details will never be passed to a third party without your prior permission;
• we will never contact you for marketing purposes;
• your details will only be used to send you survey invitations, survey summaries, and important account related messages.

In a nutshell…

1. Your individual responses to surveys will also be kept confidential and will never be linked to your personal identifying information. Any information you provide to us will be grouped and analyzed together. Individual information, including your e-mail address, will be kept strictly confidential.
2. You will never be asked to buy anything or contribute to any organization. You will never be solicited (for anything other than your opinion) as a result of signing up as an ECR panel member.
3. We will never sell, rent, or send your name (or e-mail address) to another party that might want to sell you anything.
4. Participation in each and every survey is totally optional.
5. We will respect your decision to discontinue participation in a particular study or in the panel, at any time.
